YOGA

Yoga is a group of physical, mental  and spiritual disciplines which originated in ancient India. There are many types of Yoga to explore.

Our Yoga teachers use a variety of Yoga practices to try to improve health conditions or to ease a natural process such as pregnancy or menopause.

Asana (the postural positions), Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, guided imagery and diet are an intergral part of using Yoga for therapeutic purposes.

Our teachers provide 1:1, small group sessions and regular workshops to offer you an individualised approach to your practice. And are able to work closely with our other practitioners to offer you the best possible outcome for your overall health.

In 1:1 sessions we can work with conditions such as:

- Anxiety

- Depression
