Insurance Client Notice
If you are claiming via insurance please note that we require you to pay at the time of your appointment. We recommend that you request an insurance invoice to be sent directly to you so that you can claim back directly from your insurer. Please note we are unable to deal with BUPA invoices due to billing issues with BUPA that are unable to be resolved.
Due to continued issues with payments from insurers, we will be implementing this for all insurance clients with immediate effect. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you need a GP referral?
You do NOT need a GP referral to come to our practice for any appointment...
There are no longer any mask requirements for clients. At the moment clinicians will continue to wear them. We do however request that anyone who knowingly has covid symptoms, or is unwell reschedules their appointment until they are better.
Where are you based?
Our main clinic is based in at the fantastic Badgemore Park Golf Club. Henley Podiatry is located in Badgemore House. This is the first building you see on the left hand side of the car park.
Do you have disability access?
We are based on the ground floor of Badgemore House. however, there are two steps to enter the building.
We are able to provide home visits for those whom have difficulty with stairs or are house bound. Please contact our reception team and request a 'Home Visit' for your required service, and the appropriate practitioner will be in touch to arrange a suitable visit time.
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is plenty of free parking at Badgemore Park in the main care park. If needed, clients can be dropped off right outside the front door of Badgemore House.
